Nicholas earned his first million at age 30 after starting his real estate journey in the last semester from NUS Economics in Jan 2017. Despite his young age, Nicholas has been in ERAโs Top 8% consecutively since 2019.
Prioritizing his clientsโ needs has always been his utmost priority and this has earned him both the SEAA Outstanding Youth Awards and SEAA Salesperson Award in 2020 and 2021. The SEAA Awards are industry-level awards where realtors compete with salespersons from all other agencies as well.
Before age 30, Nicholas is a humble owner of a 2 Bedroom unit in Normanton Park and believes everyone has a unique Wealth Creation journey catering to their familyโs needs.
