The First Career
On 1st January 2017, Nicholas started his real estate journey in his last semester in NUS Economics. He specialized in Monetary and Financial Economics which helped him to understand how macroeconomics affects the housing market in Singapore. With this background, he was able to provide valuable insights highlight opportunities in the market to his clients.
Breakthrough
After 2 years of consistent hustle, Nicholas was awarded his first company award in March 2019. And the rest was history.
Award-Winning Realtor
Since 2019, Nicholas has been in ERA’s Top 8% consecutively. In 2020 and 2021, he was awarded the prestigious industry-level awards - SEAA Oustanding Youth Award and Salesperson Achievement Award.
Homeowner Before Age 30
One of the highlights of Nicholas’ career is definitely purchasing his own home at the start of 2021. This purchase also marked the 4th year anniversary in his real estate career. He has been a strong advocate of new launches as part of the Wealth Creation journey. By making a few calculated decisions in our lifetime, we can retire more comfortably in our later years. Purchasing a new launch property is definitely one of the easier ways to kickstart this journey.
Nicholas bought a 2 bedroom unit at Normanton Park for his own stay. The project is set to attain the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in early 2023.
Diamonds & Million Dollar Sales
In June 2021, Nicholas has achieved his first Diamond in his career. This is a highly prestigious award given to realtors who clock more than $100k in commission in a single month.
In January 2022, Nicholas earned his first million in his real estate career.
Top Project Achiever
In the inaugural ERA Project Achievement Awards 2022, Nicholas was awarded #2 Top Achiever (out of more than 8000 salesperson) for the sales of Hyll On Holland - a Core Central Region Freehold condominium.
This prestigious award was jointly presented by the developer and the top management level of ERA.
Rising Millionaire
In the 2022 Asia Pacific Business Conference, Nicholas was awarded one of the most coveted awards “Rising Millionaire”.
SEAA Salesperson Achievement Awards - Platinum
In the 2022 Singapore Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards, Nicholas was awarded the Platinum award. This is one of the highest awards to achieve at a nationwide level.
